  • Standard Delivery: All orders are processed and delivered within 3 to 5 working days.

  • Local Delivery (Faisalabad): Residents in Faisalabad may receive their parcels sooner, typically within 1–2 business days.

  • Please note: Working days do not include Sundays or Public Holidays.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on holidays will be processed the following business day.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via SMS or WhatsApp with your tracking details.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your parcel and your delivery location.
